The balance of being both introvert and extrovert- the person who could exist, and had to exist, as both- was first found in the politician(insert footnote and explanation here). When the politician ultimately failed in existing as such to shallow behaviour(insert footnote and explanation here), the artist rose where the politican had once stood(insert footnote and explanation here). Now, as the artist is failing to the same shallow behaviour(insert fn), the philosopher and poet are needed more than ever, the dancer and musician are needed more than ever. A musician takes the stripped and embellishes it; a dancer takes the embellished and strips it.

Thoughts always interrupted by customers.

I understand more and more what is meant when said that the natural course of things leads them to becoming a work of art, or an image, a painting, a world set. If only I could find someone who has already captured the world I see when I look out my window, or look into my mind- experience my memory. What is so thrilling about setting the perspective, the stance given to the world is the ability to give life to the emotion. Who can give true life to the image I have in my head, complete with the emotion it draws forth, but me? And yet, my tools are not strong enough. I will strive endlessly until I capture that one perfect image. The one that is filled with black so dark it becomes green, the stars, the freedom, the longing, the loss and the promise. I will grab a giant canvas now, and set all my spirit to work on it. To hell with written word. To hell with my dance. This one image- creation- this is where I shall pool all my energy and life.

Do you think Nicki Weiss ever thinks about the impact that she may have created upon someone's life?
